residencies
With the alternative it residencies program, you have all the advantages of a dedicated IT professional - plus some additional bonuses - at a fraction of the cost.
How does it work?
When you join the alternative it residencies program, we will visit your site and complete a complete audit of your computer and network infrastructure. We'll then make a recommendation of the hours required for a dedicated IT professional to be at your company. This may be anywhere from 2-3 hours a month to 2-3 days a week - it's all dependant on your requirements.
Assuming that you're happy with this recommendation, one of our consultants will begin visiting your site, weekly, at a set time (for example, from 1pm through to 4pm on Wednesdays).
What will the consultant do?
The engineer is there for two reasons.
1. To deal with any small problems that may have occurred since the last time they visited. This may be things like printers not working, minor network issues, backup problems, email issues, etc.
2. To proactively recognise problems and resolve them before they cause downtime - and hence lost productivity - for you and your company.
